While we are working on the servers remote backup configuration the server Albacore hosted within the UK's data center BlueSquare went down and is now being investigated.
I'll update the topic as soon I have more info on this issue. This is a mistake at our end and for that we appologize.

The server Albacore is back online (or I should say responsive).
While we were configuring the remote backups for all accounts we did as well started the service to have all accounts backed up.
This caused a high load on the server and other services were failing one by one untill requests to access the web sites were not being answered.
We have killed the backup process and all services came back online and responsive.
We will avoid this from happening again by creating remote backups from all accounts one by one.
Again our appologize for this downtime and we will make sure that remote backups will be an added feature to be able and recover your account rapidly without giving troubles to the operation of current services.
