We have had a report that there are problems with sending emails when there is an attachment included within the mail.
It could be that the message does not arrive at the recipient.
We are investigating this and meanwhile we kindly suggest to send a message delivery notification with your email since you may not get any bounced email back.

This issue has been solved, the problem did only occur at a very view email addresses.
