it has been noticed people are signing up just to spam and add inappropriate links.
this is a gaming comunity not a advertising billboard. and further abuse of our policies or the relaxed nature of these forums may result in your post being deleted and your membership removed.
we are here to offer servers and support to genuine members of the whole gaming comunity. and not to moderate against people who should know better.
remember you have been warned.

I am almost sure they are spambots m8. I don't know if it is already set to the maximum but maybe you guys could check the registration options

Most are bots but not all.
Registrations are set to the max (needs to validate email address at registration).
Only the pre-sales forum can be posted without the need to register at this forum and so that forum is being used by bots/humans most.
With the next forum update we will require to use an verification image at each post where it is allowed to post as an guest.
That will eliminate the last spam posts by bots.
All registered members that post spam messages will get an warning at once. Together with the warning all new posts for a duration of 7 days will be moderated before submitted into the system.
I am tired of spam, my mail prog. is filtering hundreds of messages each day ......

Agreed Dennis.
this is getting out of hand. For a few that have posted adult links i have suspended there right to post for 7 days and set the all posts to be cleared by a mod for 14 days.
it will be nice when genuine members start genuine threads. instead of having to mod every day. although the string you set up makes that very easy :biggrin:
