What is the minimum contract length for your services?
DS-Hosting Solutions does not enforce any minimum contract lengths for any of its web hosting services. Customers can cancel their purchased web hosting service(s) at any point of time.
We also have a 30-day money back guarantee in which you are able to claim refund for any service which doesn’t meet your satisfactory requirements. Please note, 30 day money back guarantee is not applicable for domain names, SSL certifications and Dedicated IP Addresses.
The 30 day money back request must be made within 30 days of the account creation. There will be a full refund of the amount paid for your web hosting services.
